In the 21 st century knowledge economy era,the knowledge embedded in the minds of knowledge workers,especially tacit knowledge,has become a decisive factor in economic growth and organizational development and innovation.Effective sharing of tacit knowledge is the key to knowledge management,and has become one of the most important topics among scholars at home and abroad.In recent years,happiness in positive psychology as an important and often overlooked factors gradually emerge and concern in the West,become hot issues in the field of organizational behavior.Numerous studies show that happiness high performers are associated with more organizational citizenship behaviors,better work performance.Meanwhile,domestic and foreign scholars of social capital are widely used in the area of information management,particularly organizational phenomena and interpersonal relationship related to knowledge sharing and organizational performance in the knowledge management field.However,the literature review shows there are few studies on bringing social capital,sense of employees' well-being and tacit knowledge sharing into a analysis framework.In particular,it is very lack of the research on tacit knowledge sharing model based on the cultural background of our country and the characteristics of the employees themselves.We can analyze the conduction effect of knowledge worker happiness conception the between social capital and tacit knowledge sharing from the perspective of the assumed "Happy man",which may be one breakthrough of further revealing the influence mechanism of social capital on tacit knowledge sharing,but this research has not yet been given enough attention in academic circles.This paper will focus on the cognitive well-being dimensions of knowledge workers' job well-being as the mediating variable,and construct an integrated model of the relationship between relational capital and tacit knowledge sharing.According to 350 valid questionnaires through the research to enterprise groups in China based on the domestic and foreign relative maturity scale,the paper carry out empirical analysis by applying Spss19.0 and Amos21.0 software and a series of methods,such as reliability and effect degrees analysis,factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,variance analysis,multiple analysis,structural equation and regression analysis.Research results indicate that relationship capital dimension has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge sharing of enterprise knowledge workers;sense of cognitive well-being has a significant positive predictive effect on enterprise knowledge sharing tacit knowledge workers;relationship capital has significant positive predictive effect on enterprise knowledge workers' sense of cognitive well-being;sense of cognitive well-being plays a partial mediating effect among the relationship between relationship capital and knowledge sharing of enterprise knowledge workers.
