Knowledge in today's society is the most valuable wealth for the operation of enterprises.With the improvement of people's attention to knowledge,knowledge sharing,as a hot topic,has been widely concerned by the academic circle.How to transform the knowledge possessed by individuals into organizational knowledge is a thorny problem faced by modern enterprises.The sense of organizational support not only reflects the degree to which an organization values its employees' contributions and cares about their interests,but also influences their work attitudes and behaviors to a certain extent,and promotes their organizational citizenship behaviors beyond their roles.As an important issue of organizational citizenship behavior outside the role,knowledge sharing has been studied by many scholars on its antecedent variables,but few scholars have paid attention to the study of organizational support on tacit knowledge sharing intention.This paper on the perceived organizational support and tacit knowledge sharing intention to carry on the literature review and the review,and then attempts to analyze perceived organizational support on the mechanism of the staff tacit knowledge sharing intention,introducing the external motivation psychological security and internal motivation mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit,the perceived organizational support and tacit knowledge sharing intention to build two intermediary between path,put forward some corresponding hypotheses according to the model building.Finally,the questionnaire was designed according to the research variables in this paper,and the questionnaire was adjusted and improved through the preliminary test to form the final questionnaire.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 420 workers in different industries through the combination of online and offline methods.After that,data processing and analysis were conducted to test and analyze the hypothesis.Data test shows that the organizational support of workers has a significant positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention.Mutual benefit and psychological security play an intermediary role between organizational support and tacit knowledge sharing.According to the data,some Suggestions are put forward to the enterprise: the company should attach importance to the role of organizational support in the work and life of employees;Through relevant activities to enhance the psychological security of employees and mutual benefit motivation;Encourage information exchange and knowledge sharing among employees.
