The Training Research Regarding To The Technician Staffs Of Eliot Turbomachinery Company Base On The German Dual Training System

At present,more and more enterprises realize that the competition has become the talented person's competition,companies want to proper position with the right employees.But the real challenge is,the enterprise in the market is difficult to find completely meet the requirements of the job recruitment talents,must make their own technical training to meet the needs of the skilled workers jobs.Therefore,the enterprise how to improve the skills and qualities of technical staff,not only conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise human resources,and is also very important to enterprise's development.Based on literature method,this paper reviewed the domestic and foreign related important academic journals,such as study materials,this project has carried on the breadth and depth of integrated exploration,has been clear about the tendency of the latest research at home and abroad,through the analysis of the research direction and the related conclusion is to summarize the research train of thought.In addition,this paper adopted questionnaire survey method and interview method,directly to collect information on Eliot mechanical equipment company,technical workers training to understand and analysis current situation and problems,to explore and work out improvement plan.Full text altogether is divided into five chapters as follows:Chapter I is the introduction,the paper expounds the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and synoptically introduced the current research status at home and abroad.Chapter II training related theory,mainly introduces the concept and function of training,training procedures and methods,and the way the dual system of training,to define technical workers,which laid a theoretical basis for this article.Chapter III combines the technique of eliott machinery company to analyze the current training of the workers.Mainly introduces Eliot machinery company general situation of the enterprise,the company existing skilled workers training mode the status quo,as well as through interviews and questionnaires in the form of problems and reasons existing in the current training mode is analyzed.Chapter IV through to the enterprise implementation of the dual system training the importance of the necessity and feasibility analysis,design a dualsystem of training skilled workers scheme.Chapter V of the implementation of technical workers dual system measures to guarantee training scheme and the analysis of its expected effect.Chapter VI conclusions are summarized and the prospect of research and technical training effect to promote the company to produce a certain reference value.
