| More than 30 years of reform and opening,China’s urban population increased rapidly,the urbanization rate increasing rapidly.But with the rapid development of these years,China’s urbanization is mainly due to the demographic dividend and land bonus,along with the change of population structure and the social requirement to improve the efficiency of resource allocation,this development model is not sustainable.In this context,the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China put forward the concept of ecological civilization and the principle of full integration into the whole process of urbanization,take intensive,smart,green,low-carbon new urbanization path concept.The so-called new urbanization is the people’s livelihood,sustainable development and the pursuit of quality connotation,through the regional balance urban and rural development,industrial upgrading and transformation,intensive use and low carbon economy and ecological civilization to achieve Chinese urbanization characteristics road.Whether it is the traditional urbanization,or the new urbanization,must have the appropriate industrial support,urbanization with no industry support can not be long-term development.High tech industry plays an important role in optimizing the industrial structure of the city,promoting the development of urban industry to the advanced level,practicing the green,environmental protection,etc..Therefore,the development of high-tech industry is one of the reasons for the new urbanization.Industrial agglomeration can form competitive advantage,promote technological innovation and bring external effects.Compared with the traditional industries,high technology industry agglomeration knowledge spillover fast,agglomeration advantages in technological innovation and external effects are more obvious,have a profound impact on regional economic growth,upgrading of industrial structure,high-quality population agglomeration,regional economic development and the transformation of intensive regional residents,influence of the high technology industry agglomeration development on new urbanization may be more apparent.In this paper,the high-tech industrial agglomeration relationship with new urbanizationare explored,both for the further study of the relationship between the city and the industrial agglomeration,or to explore the dynamic mechanism of new urbanization in China are of great significance.Through the study of the high technology industry agglomeration effect on new urbanization,get the influence mechanism of high-tech industry agglomeration on new urbanization,get high-tech industrial agglomeration impact on new urbanization from quantitative analysis.Firstly,based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and urbanization,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of high-tech industrial agglomeration on the new urbanization from the theoretical level.Secondly,based on the location entropy as a measure of industrial agglomeration index,location entropy of mainland China’s 30 provinces from 2005 to 2014 in high tech industry were calculated;at the same time,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the new urbanization,and uses entropy method to calculate the new urbanization score of various provinces.The angle of national level and regional level to establish a panel data model to make regression analysis,get high tech industrial agglomeration degree of influence on the new urbanization,and analyzed the results of empirical research.The research results show that in effect mechanism,through two aspects of direct and indirect effect of the agglomeration of high-tech industry influence the new urbanization,high-tech industrial agglomeration effect on new urbanization is multifaceted,all-round.In the empirical analysis,for the national level,the promotion of high-tech industrial agglomeration level has a significant role in promoting the level of new urbanization.On the regional level,the eastern region industrial agglomeration promote the local new urbanization level to a great extent,but the role of industry agglomeration in the middle and western enhance the level of the new urbanization is not significant.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations for the development of new urbanization in china. |
