| With the continuous development of China’s economic health reform and deepening,China’s real estate industry development,has gradually become one of the important pillar of economic development in China,also more and more get the attention of both at home and abroad.At present,our country real estate enterprise financing way is numerous,but there are still many financing risk problem.These risks may finally lead to the failure of the entire project,was a great loss to our country’s economy.Big and complex real estate project financing risk,but can be summarized by means of real estate project financing risk,and establish the risk evaluation model for risk assessment.In this paper,by adopting the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate real estate enterprise financing risk of real estate enterprise financing risk evaluation index,each risk factor relative to the financing risk,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation of risk.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of real estate enterprise financing risk evaluation is a multi-objective,multi-level and complex structure and many factors in a large system,capable of real estate enterprise financing risk to do a very good interpretation and analysis,as an important basis for real estate enterprises to select the financing for real estate enterprises financing to reduce unnecessary loss.Can be seen from the case company’s risk assessment results,this paper puts forward the simple and feasible evaluation method,provides a scientific,accurate risk assessment for the company.For investors in front of the real estate investment project to do a certain amount of risk assessment,financing for real estate enterprises in China provides a better risk assessment method.But also need to consider the enterprise actual situation,adjust measures to local conditions,so that the real estate enterprises to create greater efficiency. |
