Performance Appraisal Study After RH's Production Process Reorganization

The rise of cheap labor market in Southeast Asia gradually let China lose the absolute advantage of labor cost,more and more domestic and foreign companies will process the transfer to lower labor cost countries,resulting in domestic manufacturing companies intensified competition situation.The labor cost is rising year by year,which makes it difficult for the labor-intensive garment processing company to survive in the severe living environment.With the diversification of customer needs,product delivery cycle is shortened and the product price increases,many of the domestic garment processing company has carried out the process reengineering work in different degree,will "increase production" to "value profit" strategy to cope with the fierce competition in the market.Based on the production of small and medium-sized garment processing company,RH process analysis of the process,found that the existing process operations repeated phenomenon is obvious,the disadvantages of high cost,low efficiency,severe increased the company's operating pressure,are put forward for its production process restructuring plan.To this end,the actual situation in both company under the premise of using job cost model in the production process of restructuring;Selection based on the results of questionnaire survey and expert opinion after restructuring performance evaluation index of the production process,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,the performance evaluation scheme for the new process design,make each link of the operation situation at a glance,more conducive to the company improve the corresponding production process;Finally,the performance evaluation scheme for the reliability and validity test,prove the reliability of the performance evaluation scheme in theory,so as to better company to reduce operating costs,enhance the company's core competitiveness.
