Daqing City Planting Cooperatives Develops Green Agriculture Research

With the global attention to the concept of clean production,and under the background of actively promoting the recycling economy,the development of green agriculture is essential to achieve sustainable development of agriculture.Green agriculture is guided by the theory of circular economy in all aspects of agricultural production and operation principle,in order to improve the utilization of natural resources and to reduce emission.Combined with green agricultural technology promotes safe production of agricultural products,so as to realize coordinated development of win-win pattern in ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.The first central document of 2017 proposed to increase farmers’ income as the goal,referred agricultural structural reform as the main line to promote agricultural supply and devoted to accelerating the development of new agricultural business entities,the positive development of appropriate scale of operation,promoting the growth of chemical fertilizer and pesticide zero action.To enhance the capacity of agricultural sustainable development,we should continue to carry out cleaner production pilot demonstration film,carry out agricultural water-saving projects.Therefore,it is an urgent task to actively promote the development of green agriculture in the farmers’ cooperatives,which has important practical significance to solve the "three rural issues" and is beneficial for realizing the sustainable development of the whole society.This paper combines the cooperatives and the development of green agriculture,the first successful development experience of the United States,Japan,three countries of Germany and Shandong,Yunnan in China,three provinces of Fujian cooperation organization member of green agriculture,which is good for summarizing advices on promoting the development of green agriculture in Daqing City;theory of circular economy,farmer the behavior theory and the theory of agricultural cooperatives in Daqing City,members of the cooperative development of green agriculture to conduct field research,through to the Daqing city four counties(Zhaozhou County,Zhaoyuan County,Lindian County,Dumeng county)conducted a questionnaire survey of the members of the cooperatives,according to the survey data,The paper has established probit regression model of double to test the selected variables and makes analysis on the influence of Daqing City.Members of the cooperative are involved in green agriculture andgreen agriculture will continue to expand the scale of planting actively.The purpose of this paper is to explore the countermeasures to promote the development of green agricultural production,and to strengthen the concept of cleaner production.The results show that whether the cooperatives are willing to participate in green agriculture is influenced by the individual characteristics,the green cognition and the external environment.Finally,we hope to attract more members in the cooperation of Daqing to participate in green agricultural production,and promote sustainable development of agriculture and membership income.
