| Global warming has become the most significant environmental problem in the contemporary era,and the carbon emissions generated by agriculture have already accounted for a considerable proportion.Agriculture is a pillar industry in China’s socio-economic development. Therefore, accelerating the development of low-carbonization in agriculture is an important foundation for advancing the development of a low-carbon economy and is also a necessary path for China’s agricultural development.Climate warming will bring about crisis in agricultural production and thus affect food security. If we want to better cope with climate change for sustainable development and ensure food security, adopting low-carbon production methods for agriculture is imminent.Heilongjiang is a large agricultural province in China.Daqing is a sub-central city in Heilongjiang Province and it is necessary to take the lead in developing low-carbon agriculture. If you want to develop low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City, the willingness of low-carbon planting farmers is particularly important.Taking the Daqing City of Heilongjiang Province as an example, this paper takes the theory of sustainable agriculture,eco-economic theory and synergy theory as its theoretical foundation.Based on the data of the agricultural development in Daqing City in the past 16 years, the development status of low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City is firstly based on six aspects. The carding was carried out as follows: application status of chemical fertilizers, use of pesticides, application status of agricultural plastic films, utilization rate of agricultural machinery, use of agricultural diesel, and electricity consumption of agricultural use.Low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City was still in its early stage,Need to continue the development of the conclusion. In order to develop low-carbon agriculture,it is imperative to increase the willingness of farmers to plant low-carbon agriculture in Daqing.Secondly, the current situation and influencing factors of low-carbon agricultural planting intentions of rural households in Daqing City were investigated. It was found that the problems existing in low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City are as follows:Farmers’ willingness to plant low-carbon agriculture is not high;farmers are low-carbon agriculture.Consciousness is weak;problems of agricultural pollution are prominent;the number of agricultural inputs has increased year after year;the government has been slow to promote low-carbon agricultural technology.Again, through the reference,23 influential factors that mayaffect the farmers’ willingness to plant low-carbon agriculture in Daqing were selected.Eight influencing factors that affected the farmer households were mainly extracted through factor analysis to obtain low-carbon agricultural production efficiency and low-carbon agricultural understanding.Concurrent business activities, agricultural product quality and safety, sales channels, bank preferential policies,low-carbon agricultural cultivation techniques, farmer household production conditions and farmers’ training levels all have an impact on farmers’ willingness to produce low-carbon agricultural products. In response to the problems existing in low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City, and combined with influencing factors, measures and suggestions for improving farmers’ willingness to plant low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City were formulated, namely to strengthen the publicity and education of low-carbon agriculture and raise farmers’ understanding of low-carbon agriculture. To establish a carbon trading market, strengthen the farmers’ awareness of developing low-carbon agriculture, strengthen the ability to innovate and popularize agricultural science and technology, and reduce the input cost of low-carbon agriculture;increase government support for low-carbon agriculture and conduct policy guidance. In order to achieve the goal of improving the low-carbon cultivation of farmers in Daqing City, the goal of promoting sustained, rapid and healthy development of low-carbon agriculture in Daqing City will be achieved. |
