Research On Corporate Financial Strategy Based On Balanced Scorecard

The financial strategy management is an important part of enterprise management.As the market economy grows stronger,the companies face severe external competition and internal pressure,it has become an important issue for businesses that how can enterprises achieve their experience goals in a competitive and sustainable development.Therefore,it is very important to improve the executive ability of financial strategy and to improve the strategic management system which is at the core of financial strategy in the enterprise.The case in this paper is a typical Chinese medicine company in Jilin province.Our traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprises are facing the good market prospects and policy support,but having no effect in strategy implementation of enterprise strategic management to achieve strategic goals.For this problem,this paper put forward the method that bring a balanced scorecard into strategic management,and selected the typical Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprise in the Jilin province —Jilin aodong pharmaceutical co.,LTD as an example for application analysis.Through the effective integration of the balanced scorecard and strategic management,the paper determines enterprise strategy of Jilin aodong pharmaceutical co.,LTD,set enterprise strategic target,strategic map,develop strategic execution according to the target plan and set system security for strategic management.It turns the enterprise strategy into specific indicators of the executable,strengthen the enterprise strategic management ability and improve the long-term profitability of enterprises.This paper also used the literature method,inductive method,the paper introduces the theory of financial strategic management and balanced scorecard and the basic steps of financial strategy management are implemented using the balanced scorecard,secondly,it introduces the situation of the development of pharmaceutical industry in our country,then the enterprise strategy analysis of the case enterprise,bring a balanced scorecard into strategic management to solve the problem that enterprise strategy effective implementation will not affect the development of the enterprise.Make the enterprise strategy into concrete and intuitive,quantifiable indicators,follow the metrics for the action plan that the business needs to complete,but also to strengthen the enterprise internal communication cooperation,established long-term effective strategic management system for the enterprise.To a certain extent solvedthe pharmaceutical enterprise strategic management strategy implementation,as well as other enterprise's strategic management,the balanced scorecard application provides reference opinions.
