Changing market competition environment is a major test of the development of small and medium enterprises.In order to survive and achieve long-term development,enterprisesmust improve the level of enterprise management and enhance the market response capacity to ensure long-term interests.China’s small and medium enterprises have generally recognized the important role of performance management for enterprise development,and the traditional performance management system due to the evaluation of a single standard,ignoring the external factors and attention to short-term operating results and other limitations have been unable to provide support for the long-term development of enterprises.Balanced Scorecard is a new comprehensive performance management tool,many foreign companies have introducedBalanced Scorecard into their own performance management system and achieved remarkable results.Our enterprises have begun to actively explore the application of this performance management tools,but the application of balanced scorecard is mostly large enterprises,small and medium enterprises in the Balanced Scorecard application case is very few.After the continuous optimization of organizational structure,the introduction of advanced information management system,at present,many small and medium enterprises to improve the level of basic management,already have the conditions for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard,to this end,hope to introduce a balanced scorecard in small and medium enterprises to help Accumulate their own strength,to create the core competitiveness.First of all,by reviewing the literature,this paper summarizes current domestic and international Balanced Scorecard theoretical research and applied research.Then,this paper takes JY Glass Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and uses the method of field research to understand the existing problems of the existing performance management system.Based on the basic theory of Balanced Scorecard,combined with the overall strategy of the company,the performance management characteristics of small and medium-Glass industry characteristics,proposed for the JY Glass Co.,Ltd.to design a set of environmental dimensions to increase the five-dimensional balance scorecard performance management system.If companies want to implement a balanced scorecard,they must meet the strategy-oriented,good communication mechanism and the company management attention to management and other conditions.JY Glass Co.,Ltd.to meet the above conditions of implementation,is conducive to give full play to the advantages of balanced scorecard to help enterprises to build effective incentive mechanism to enhance the level of enterprise management for the realization of strategic objectives and long-term sustainable development support.
