Improvement Research Of The Value Evaluation Model Of Seed Industry Innovation

With the advent of knowledge economy,seed industry and technological achievements have become the main force to promote the development of China’s seed industry and agricultural.In recent years,the number of China’s seed industry innovation continues to increase.But because of China’s weak consciousness.of the protection of intangible assets and the imperfect of value evaluation system,the seed industry innovation achievements conversion rate is not high,which restricts the development of agriculture in our country.In May 15,2014,National seed industry science and technology achievements Property Trading Center was established,which was developed by the Agricultural intellectual property research center of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a online trading platform.The establishment of trading platform has practical significance for promoting the development of agriculture in China.The trading platform can not only display all kinds of industry innovation,what’s more is to provide value assessment service of industry innovation.The value evaluation methods used in the trading platform are cost method and expected income method.Both of them have defects.So there is still room for improvement.The main purpose of this paper is to improve and perfect on the basis of the two models and strive to provide more scientific and reasonable evaluation results.Ultimately promote the seed industry innovation achievements into agricultural productivity.This paper is based on the research on the evaluation of agricultural technology assets and the pricing of technical commodities,taking the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis and the combination of multi-disciplinary research methods.First,this paper introduces the national seed industry science and technology achievements property trading platform and the concepts,types and characteristics of seed industry innovation.Next summarize the relevant theories of intangible assets valuation and point out that the particularity of value evaluation of seed industry innovation achievements.Evaluate the problem of existing value assessment methods of seed industry innovation by analyzing the factors affecting the value of seed innovation achievement evaluation.Then propose the necessity of improving the research on existing value assessment model of seed industry innovation achievements.The model is improved in this paper aiming at the defects of the existing models.This paper puts forward a more scientific and perfect evaluation model on the basis of the research theory.Finally,verify the feasibility of the improved assets value model of seed industry innovation.The improved model for evaluating the value of seed industry innovation in this paper is helpful to improve the degree of attention to seed industry innovation,to protect the legitimate economic interests of the owner,to accelerate the innovation of seed industry.Not only the scientific research units and seed enterprises have a reasonable allocation of economic benefits,but also can improve the updating speed of seed,and improve social productivity of seed industry.
