| Innovation is the core of the development of a society,nation and country.China has been a large agricultural country since ancient times,and agricultural development is of great significance to stabilize social development and alleviate social development contradictions.Since entering the new century,with the continuous improvement of scientific and technological capabilities,technological innovation in the agricultural seed industry has begun to become an important form of agricultural development.Vegetables are an important industry with one-third of the output value in China’s planting industry,and vegetable seed research and development has a very important position in the agricultural seed technology research and development.However,due to the influence of a variety of factors,China’s vegetable seed industry technological innovation still exists in many real problems,is hindering the development of innovation in China’s vegetable industry.To this end,this paper uses DEA-Malmquist and Tobit models to carry out empirical analysis and analysis of influencing factors based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of development and innovation in China’s vegetable seed industry,and then selects Zhejiang A Seed Co.for a case study to put forward relevant creative ideas in order to contribute to the promotion of technological innovation capacity of vegetable seed industry enterprises in China.In this study,firstly,we used survey method and literature analysis method to explore the research background and significance of innovation in China’s vegetable seed industry;secondly,we analyze the current situation of scientific and technological innovation in China’s vegetable seed industry enterprises to comprehensively understand the current industry profile of vegetable seed industry enterprises and the market situation of enterprises in China;then,we used DEA-Malmquist model to empirically analyze the innovation efficiency improvement of vegetable seed industry enterprises and conclude that The analysis of the factors influencing the innovation efficiency of vegetable seed enterprises using the Tobit model shows that:first,vegetable seed enterprises should increase the investment in scientific research,pay attention to the optimal allocation of innovation resources and improve the level of innovation management;second,the scale of enterprises and the development of import and export trade have a positive effect on the technological innovation efficiency of vegetable seed enterprises;third,the size of enterprises and the development of import and export trade have a positive effect on the innovation efficiency of vegetable seed enterprises.Third,vegetable seed enterprises need to introduce innovative personnel and enhance the innovation consciousness of in-service employees;fourth,the government should grasp the direction and strength of investment in science and technology innovation funds to prevent the crowding out of enterprise input and the generation of input redundancy;finally,taking vegetable seed company A as an example,the analysis of the technological innovation mode,characteristics and problems of vegetable seed company A was carried out to sort out the types of R&D varieties of vegetable seed company A.Finally,we analyzed the technological innovation model,characteristics and problems of A vegetable seed company,and found that A vegetable seed company has a single type of research and development,not close contact with scientific research units,not strong coordination between the R&D department and various departments,and lack of research funds.Through the above discussion and research,it is recommended to optimize and improve the variety structure,focus on main innovation,cultivate technical talents and establish a multi-level and multi-channel research investment system,so as to make the vegetable seed industry enterprises in China obtain better development eventually. |
