From the birth of Toyota Production System to present more than 50 years,lean production has been widely developed and fully implemented,from the beginning of the application of the practice in the automotive industry has expanded to a growing number of different backgrounds and properties of the industry.In recent years,It has been accepted and applied by more and more beverage manufacturers,however,there are many differences between beverage enterprises and manufacturing enterprises from production process to management.Therefore,how to effectively use the lean production theory and tools in this type of enterprise,to find a lean production mode which suits the development of enterprises,has become a very important issue.This article was aimed at this problem,based on the analysis of the main mode of lean production in process type production enterprises,combining with the production practice of H beer production enterprises and aiming at the problems in production to determine the starting point and implementation of lean production to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.First of all,this paper described the theory of lean production and the characteristics of the discrete production enterprises and the process of production enterprises.Through consulting a large number of relevant literatures and cases,this paper analyzed the application of lean production in the process of production enterprises and the discrete production enterprises to sum up the two different types of enterprises in the implementation of lean production process.Through the comparative analysis,the paper made a more practical and effective implementation of lean production in the process of production enterprises.Secondly,taking the H beer production enterprise as an example,according to the product characteristics and production characteristics,it was determined that it belongs to the category of the process of production enterprises.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the production process of H beer production enterprises,and made the corresponding improvement.Through the introduction of 5S management to strengthen the production site management and the introduction of TPM improved the equipment management system,the equipment utilization and timely maintenance of equipment rates respectively increased to 68.3%and 99%.According to the company's energy loss,material loss and three wastes emissions situation,this paper proposed the plan of improvement totaled 11,benefit by mutual discussion and achieved certain economic benefits and environmental benefits,the annual cost savings of 737 thousand and 800 yuan and the yield had been improved to some extent.Finally,this paper cleared the lean production in the beer production enterprises in the process of the implementation of the entry point and focus and summed up the beer production enterprise lean production steps.The research of this paper will have a high reference value and reference for similar process Manufacturing Enterprises.
