With the development of automobile industry in China,related spare parts supplying is becoming a booming market.Those foreign capital enterprises,automobile industry pacesetter,they have certain advantages on the products,technology,quality and service,but as more and more enterprises involved in and developed,market competition is increasingly fierce.D group is a global famous auto parts supply company,and DYT company is one of its manufacturing plants in the production of wiring harness products.Wiring harness products,due to the nature of its products,determines its production process belongs to a typical labor-intensive mode.Wiring harness products,pure product technical threshold is not high,so to speak,competition point lies in how to ensure the quality of products,how to reduce operating costs.Another word,the competition is production system and organization and management of competition.By this thesis,I will research 258 product line in DYT company,base on the study of industrial engineering theory,and the preliminary information,intelligent technology.To find the opportunity,to improve production efficiency,to achieve lower operation costs,to enhance the product competitiveness finally.In this thesis,theoretical research maybe isn’t so professional,but the result of benefit from practical is obvious.Believe that these improvement efforts will be more innovation continuously in DYT company.Believe that industrial engineering technology will continue to grow in China.Believe that the manufacturing industry in China will be real strong in future.
