The Research On Improving The Core Competitiveness Of Baolong Company

The change of the real estate market environment would change the competitive landscape of the real estate companies.Under the new market environment and competitive landscape,competition between the real estate companies has been transformed from rough individual competition to professional competition.How to win in the competition? Improving the core competitiveness is undoubtedly the only option of Baolong Company.The dissertation is based on the real estate companies' core competitiveness theory and core competitiveness theory at home and abroad.Firstly,we use value chain to summarize the core competitiveness elements of Baolong Company.Combined with the actual situation of Baolong Company,we evaluate the present situation and existing problems of its comprehensive competition ability through the analysis of its enterprise position and business structure,control and governance,product positioning,profit model,capital and cooperation,land acquisition and development,brand development strategy and so on.Secondly,we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Baolong Company through the strengths and weaknesses analysis of core competitiveness,core competitiveness evaluation,and internal and external competitiveness evaluation.Finally,we design to build the core competitiveness of Baolong Company by implementing standardization strategy and combing control system,in order to improve its comprehensive competition ability.In this dissertation,through the detailed analysis of its comprehensive competition ability,we put forward the proposal about how to cultivate Baolong Company's own core competitiveness.Hoping the paper could play a certain reference role for other real estate companies in China.
