With the growing of real estate market and control of macro-policies from the government, the expanding mode of enterprises in this industry is transforming from scale and extensive type to high quality and intensive type. The competition of companies is also transforming from original local competition to all-around competition, mainly on normalization, scale expansion and commercialization. Therefore, each small and mid-size real estate company has to think carefully and make decision on how to survive and make growth in the environment of competition and coercion policies.However, each market is full of competitions from small, middle and large-size companies. For small and mid-size real estate companies, it is an easier way to offer diverse products to meet different house-purchasing requirements of different consumer groups. They can make individual development and rapid transformation according to changing of external environment(such as policies, funds and land resources), to act as the main driving forces for upgrading from traditional development patterns and promoting competitions of various forms.For this reason, the development of small and mid-size real estate companies facing competitions depends on whether they have created their core competitiveness. By analyzing the case of GuangAn SCTA Real Estate Co. Ltd in this article, we will try to find proper ways for those small and mid-size real estate companies to improve their core competitiveness, to make them survive and develop in the tough competition, and furthermore play their supposed roles to meet requirements of people.
