Study On Production Optimization Of Pharmaceutical Companies Based On Sales Operation Synergy

Economic globalization has brought about the increasingly fierce market competition,which makes the competition between enterprises have been transformed into the competition among supply chains.For the manufacturing enterprises,the core part of the supply chain is the cooperation of enterprise internal supply chain.Each node in the supply chain must achieve synchronized and coordinated operation in order to benefit the other links in the chain,then to maximize the efficiency of the whole supply chain.In the target enterprise,due to its supply chain synergistic level,especially the collaborative differences between the production and the sales system,makes the production process,there are obvious conflicts in the process of production and low efficiency of the internal supply chain.The increasing waste and the decreasing profit caused by supply chain imbalance are the most direct problems in the process of enterprise operations.By analyzing the internal supply chain,the author aims to find out the root causes of the cost and profit on this level,and to improve the coordination of drug sales operation in the way of process reengineering.Based on the analysis of production and sales of the coordination problem,this paper studied the supply chain structure and operation process,analyzed the operation process differences caused by the structure of products,classified the production line products and solved actual conflict through data calculation and analysis to arrange production.In terms of the demand forecasting,by establishing and calculating a large number of models,this paper made the demand forecast of the seriously conflicting products in the production line and found a suitable calculation model as well as predicted the relatively small-errored demand data.Establishing comprehensive plan on the basis of the results obtained by modeling can reduce the forecasting error,improve the accuracy of production plan issued and make the production schedule tend to be reasonable so that it can reduce the unnecessary non-value-added activities.This paper also expounds the process and method of improving the comprehensive plan of HJ pharmaceutical company's supply chain.Solving the synergy between production and sales in the course of production and operation enables the enterprise to make a reasonable production plan through the feedback of the distribution system and the demand forecast.The production system can arrange through the reasonable plan,balance the capacity of the production line,improve the overall profitability of the supply chain and the response speed,reduce the production cost.For the same type of drug production enterprises,this paper has certain reference significance in the product demand forecasting,production planning and layout of production line and other issues.
