To improve its competitiveness,North China Power Grid Co.,Ltd.Tianjin Branch has implemented the SAP system,a large-scale enterprise management software system.And HR module is an important module in the SAP system.This paper discusses how the Human Resources Management(HR)module project has been organized and implemented in the North China Power Grid Co.,Ltd.Tianjin Branch.In this paper,a broad range of issues such as the SAP system architecture,the main business function modules,the implementation of key technology applications,system construction principles and SAP system maintenance have been comprehensively discussed and analyzed.On this basis,considering the overall system construction model,a requirement analysis has been conducted,and a practical implementation plan which can be applied to the HR module of SAP system has been proposed and brought into action.Then the on-line application of the SAP system HR modules,and the integration of HR module and other modules of the SAP system has been implemented to improve the human resources management in the company.As a consequence,the efficiency,reliability as well as safety of the human resource management in the North China Power Grid Co.,Ltd.Tianjin Branch has been greatly improved due to the real change in the human resources management information construction.Besides,this paper has analyzed the application of SAP-HR projects and further improvements in the North China Power Grid Co.,Ltd.Tianjin Branch and proposed some suggestions.
