The Application And Research Of Jinzhou Petrochemical’s MES System

PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company is China’s first drop of artificial oil production,is China’s first investment in the construction of the old oil production base.With the rapid development of petroleum industry,the level of distribution control and information management of production equipment is increasing.For many years,there is a gap in the understanding of the operating system,and the fault occurs in the enterprise information management.The main performance of the information is mutual partition,can not be integrated sharing.Makes the production management lack of unity,even the inertia,can not guarantee the production plan and production process unified coordination and information management.The application of MES in the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp provides a basis and guarantee for the expansion of the company’s information management and economic benefits.This paper first introduces the development and application of MES system at home and abroad,and expounds its application scope and characteristics,analyzes the current situation of information technology management in enterprises and production equipment,and explains the importance of MES system to enterprise information management.And then take the MES system as the key point in the enterprise production plant,and introduce the MES scheme plan,implement and running the whole process in detail,and summarize the existing problems and solutions in the system.Finally,the implementation of MES system will provide basic data for the enterprise production management,and provide a favorable reference and technical means for the enterprise information management and on-site production process planning,implementation,evaluation,production adjustment,quality control and so on.MES system through the production and operation of the process of data collection,integration and utilization,strengthen the depth of data integration and analysis,guide the company’s production equipment to find the problems in the production process,streamline business processes,optimize the production operation management,and ultimately improve the economic efficiency and management level of enterprise production and management.
