In recent years,the rapid increasing of economics development drives the increasing and growing-up of market.With global economics merging and developing.the trend of globalization is necessary and required.Corporations need the new theory to grasp the state of the production system more efficiently.With the continuous promotion of LEAN production,China has become the world's manufacturing center,more and more Chinese enterprises are looking through the introduction of LEAN production,with less time,fewer inventories,less production defects,at least among all competitors in the highest quality,lowest cost,fastest delivery of products to maintain or increase their competitiveness.PVD Coating service enterprises which are dedicated as the typical Multi-varieties and Small Volume Production,need to utilize more LEAN tools to be more stronger and bigger.Based on the situation of one coating service company which includes the limited capacity,high cost of logistics,disorderly production routines and high resignation rate caused by unbalanced labor distributions,we improved this status combined with LEAN tools and related.thorough the application of time measurement,job decomposition within work procedure flow with less labor and time consumption.The on time delivery rate could reach 85% above,the reliability of key machines could get 70%,which appears high level in this field.The main customers are fully satisfied with service by this improvement.Indirectly,the cost of customers' cutting tool decreased because we reduced there tools stock and raised the efficiency of productivity.
