Market economy determines the operation and management of the leading in the factory management situation, and production management plays a subordinate, execution status in the factory management system. In the increasingly fierce market competition and diversification of the situation, enterprises in the adverse environment of market demand, the myriads of changes increased cost, profit decline. The factory only as far as possible to improve production management level, it will be possible to meet the complex market demand, in the assurance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises under the premise of existence. So how to organize the factory internal production management, optimizing the internal work processes, the integration of factory resources, effective and timely response to the customer demand, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises is the subject of this thesis.Lean Production (LP) derived from Toyota Production System (TPS) at the1950’. The specific content of LP is to eliminate waste and continuous improvement, embodies the direction of management, modern corporate objectives. The core idea of LP can use five of its basic rules to summarize:value, value stream, flow, pull, reach the acme of perfection. Its core is the pursuit of perfection, the pursuit of lean and full participation in the concept.This thesis takes Changzhou KD company as the research background, the actual production system of Changzhou KD company as the main line, the method of theory and practice, introduces the principle and method of lean production management theory, combined with the status quo of the domestic medical equipment industry and the company’s production management present situation and main problems, research focuses on lean production management theory and use within the company, focus on the analysis of the just-in-time production, Kanban management, balanced production, the production process optimization, standardized operation, vendor managed inventory, management method in the production of KD company management system.
