After on the basis of enterprise management standardization, in principle, to establish a new management mode of power supply enterprises, through the establishment of these principles, and then respectively in engineering the structure of the system, the quality control model, technical support, the purchasing cost and safety measures of comprehensive explanation and elaboration. In order to clear the specific content of project management and practice way, and for the standardized management applied in the power supply enterprise risks are analyzed.
