The Measures And Countermeasures Of Two-oriented Development Of Yanling County Industrial Park

The construction of Two-oriented industrial park is a very important content of Two-oriented society building.As the "Two-oriented society pilot area” that determined by our country,Hunan province is,or is going to in the face of a practical problem,which is how to develop the Two-oriented industry in each industrial park.This paper takes Yanling county industrial park & Yanling industrial centralized areas as the study object,through analyzing the present situation of them and the countermeasures,finding out the main influencing factors of Two-oriented industry development,which is a reference to promote the development of Two-oriented industry in the industrial park of Hunan.This paper is divided into 4 parts:Firstly,consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,clearing the relationship and differences between the Two-oriented industrial park and Two-oriented industry.After analyzing the present situation of Yanling county industrial centralized areas,by using the Michael Porter diamond Model,finding out the main problem in the amphitypy process of the industrial park.Next step is collecting the data,choosing 27 indicators,and building an indicator system including the economy development,enterprise efficiency,industrial structure,technological innovation and two types of environment.After measuring this indicator system,by using the combination weighting approach,there comes to the amphitypy industry developing index of Yanling industrial centralized areas.What comes to next is using the principal components analysis method to figure out the main influencing factor,and then doing the contrastive study of 5provincial industrial centralized areas’ amphitypy industry development in Zhuzhou County,getting the position and the deficiency of Yanling industrial centralized areas.At last,discussing the developing approaches of Yanling industrial park,which as follows:(1)The countermeasure of the Two-oriented industry development indicator system shows that the degree of Yanling county’s Two-oriented industry development is higher,and has a slow increase tendency.(2)Using the principal components analysis method to analyze the Two-oriented industry development of Yanling county industrial park,which indicates that the input of environment protection,the expenditure of energy,the enterprise efficiency and technological innovation contribute to the development of Yanling industrial park.Especially the economic increase and the industry structure optimization.(3)The spatial contrastive study of two-oriented industry development of Provincial Park in Zhuzhou County shows that,the advantage of the two-oriented industry construction in Yanling is the economic increase,and the industry structure and enterprise efficiency take subtle and slight form,the technological innovation and the input of environment protection are inferiority.(4)To promote the process of Yanling Two-oriented industrial centralized areas,put forward Two-oriented development approach of relevant industries from the industry side;put forward 5 proposals according to the industrial park situation,hoping to provide a reference for the amphitypy construction of Yanling industrial park.
