Research On The Source Of Income Of Landless Farmers In The New Urbanization

The construction of new urbanization has become a strategic choice of social development in the new period of our country economy.It is an important engine of economic development and the only way that must be passed full completion of a well-off society and modernization.It is the necessary measures to adjust economic structure,change the mode of economic development.With the continuous advance of the new urbanization,leaving the land and settling in city is the basic way to complete the transfer of agricultural population.After the farmer lost land,their income also changed.How to properly safeguard farmers' income and broaden the peasants' income,not only relates to the survival and development of the farmers,but also directly affect the construction of the new urbanization will promote.Therefore,it has great practical significance to carry out the research on the change of the income source of the landless peasants and the conclusions of the study can be used for reference in solving the problem of farmers' income in the process of urbanization.The paper takes the MiShazi town in Changchun province as the new urbanization' case,through the review and analysis of landless peasants income changes constitute the proportion,it founds and sums up the various problems and in-depth analysis of causes of the problem,and it also puts forward the countermeasures to protect and broaden the peasants income.The main contents of this paper as follows:The first part of the paper defines the connotation of new urbanization,landless peasants and landless peasants,it also explains the theoretical basis and practical significance of the protection of landless peasants in the new urbanization process.The second part of the paper analyzes the income source structure and the change of lost land of the agricultural transfer population in Changchun MiShazi.Reviewing the development history the town of new urbanization on the empirical investigation on the sources of income and changes of agricultural population transfer before and after the loss of land,it mainly summarizes the changes in the proportion of income.First of all,a significant decline in the proportion of household operating income;the second one is a slight increase in the proportion of wage income;the three one is the proportion of property income is a small increase;the last one is the proportion of transfer income is reduced by a large margin.The third part analyzes the reason in depth according to the proportion of income resources of landless peasants after the implementation of new urbanization in Mishazi town The first one is the traditional concept of farmers depending on the land has not changed;the second one is the lack of land-lost farmers employment knowledge and skills;the third one is the land of monetary compensation is not scientific;the fourth one is the social security system of landless peasants is not perfect.The fourth part of the paper is aims at the problems and causes of landless peasants' income,and it puts forward some countermeasures to protect the income of landless peasants.The first one is established a new concept of multi-business replace the traditional land dependence view;the second one is encouraged landless peasants' entrepreneurship and employment skills and training;the third is the innovation of scientific and reasonable compensation of land;the last one is to establish and perfect the social security system of landless farmer.
