The recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE)can bring huge economic benefits.On the other hand,it will increase the cost of social environment.How to identify the key low carbon driving factors of third-party WEEE reverse logistics accurately is the precondition for the construction of third-party WEEE reverse logistics network in the perspective of low carbon.Taking into consideration of the waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE)as research object and the third party as operation mode,the paper researched with the logical structure of key factor identification-mechanism analysis-network model construction and the main contents are as follows:(1)The paper reviewed the WEEE third party reverse logistics research status at home and abroad from four aspects such as recovery theories and methods,recovery mode,low carbon drivers and network design.Then the shortage of the existing literature and the research approach and technical route of the paper are put forward.(2)Starting from the logic and process of indicator system construction,the preliminary screening of WEEE third party reverse logistics low-carbon driving indicator system using frequency statistics method and brainstorming analysis method is established.Then the empirical analyzing methods such as membership degree analysis and correlation analysis are applied to further screening of initial indicators.Finally the final low carbon driving indicator system of WEEE third party reverse logistics including three dimensions and 16 final indicators is formed.In order to ensure the scientific of WEEE third party reverse logistics low carbon indicator system,the reliability analysis and the validity analysis of low carbon indicator system are tested in the end.(3)Using KMO-Bartlett test and factor analysis,the key low carbon driving factors WEEE third party reverse logistics are screened and five key driving factors such as WEEE reverse logistics output,WEEE reverse logistics quantity,WEEE products remanufacturing rate,energy efficiency and energy structure are concluded.According to the corresponding indicators real data of WEEE third party reverse logistics enterprise from 1998 to 2016,the mechanism of WEEE third party reverse logistics carbon emission and the five key driving factors is analyzed using LMDI decomposition model,Johansen co-integration test model,regression model and Granger causality test model.(4)Taking the low carbon key driving factors as parameters and combining with the principles of construction WEEE third party reverse logistics network,the preliminary WEEE third party reverse logistics network model of certain environment is set up.Following considering the uncertainty of reverse logistics operation,the robust optimization model of WEEE third party reverse logistics network is constructed on the basis of preliminary model.In the end,taking the WEEE third party reverse logistics network planning as an example,numerical analysis and validation are carried out,which provides guidance for the planning of WEEE reverse logistics network.
