From 21 Century,with sustained economic growth,the development of economic globalization was intensified,and many enterprises developed rapidly.The enterprises had numerous and complex business groups,and their offices and plants were located all over the world.In the face of more and more branches,and expanded types of business,the enterprises encountered problems of large costs,low quality efficiency,increased financial risk,information asymmetry and so on,which seriously affect their healthy development.The mode of sharing services appeared on stage then,which was favored especially by large enterprise groups.Finance shared services completely disrupted traditional financial accounting mode,then reorganized to provide a new accounting solution.Although the establishment of Financial Shared Service Center could solve problem in cost,efficiency,responsibility,legal control and resource allocation,it also had many drawbacks,such as the high employee turnover rate,increased travel expense,accounting isolated from business,complex process,team cooperation obstacle etc...In this paper,S(China)Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example,to introduce its "Lean+Energy" mode of finance shared service center,and it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.The paper analyzes the Finance Shared Service Center of S company in the model of lean energy efficiency.First,the author studied domestic and international literature of finance share services and lean finance.Secondly,the author clarifies the disadvantages of current S company Finance Shared Services Center based on her study.Thirdly she introduced the company's strategic background of "Lean+Energy" mode;Then,in the company's strategic background,the author carried out careful observation and research on its operation mode of Lean,and analyzed its innovation in four respects of information technology,process excellence,people organization and quality management,which brought many benefits but also have problems;also the paper evaluated its performance in balanced score card in the following part;Finally,the paper came up with conclusion and inspiration,and summarized the inadequacies of the study.Trough theoretical and case research,and in-depth study on its construction background,performance and enlightenment,the information of "Lean+Energy" Finance Shared Service center was summarized.Hopefully the paper can provide reference for other enterprises,and encourage innovation to improve finance share service development.
