The Historical Evolution Of Supply Theory And Its Latest Development In China

At present,The international economy sustained downturn,although China's economy has a good long-tern development trend since into the "new normal ",but achieve the goal of ensure economic growth has great pressure.After 2010,China's economic growth has a trend of decline year by year,the "troika " of traditional economy effect on economic growth has little success.At present,there are many problems need to solve in the macroeconomic,for example:the dislocation structure of supply and demand and imbalance of industry structure,etc.Combining the situation of China's economic development to make analysis,it is not difficult to find that the simple demand management already cannot satisfy the needs of the present macroeconomic regulation and control,it is imminent to solve the deep-seated imbalances in China's economic development through enhancing structural reforms in the field of supply.The research content of this paper includes four parts:first,through the supply theory of representative economist in different economic periods,review the evolution process of western economics supply theory and make objective evaluation.Secondly,starting from the source of Marx's theory of supply,digging through the depth of Marx's theory of supply and describes the representative of the classic Marxism economist supply theory,carding the evolution of Marxism theory of supply,and make the objective evaluation of Marxism theory of supply.Again,review the development of supply theory in China simply,comprehensively expound the background,connotation and task of the supply-side structural reform.It reveals a series of imbalance problems of economic development in China,further demonstrates the necessity and suitability to reform the supply side based on the supply theory in China,through analysis the guiding of the western economics supply theory and Marx's supply theory to the supply-side structural reform,clarify the latest development of the supply theory in China.Finally,according to the experience reference of supply reform in the United States and Britain,put forward the implement approach of supply-side structural reform,which is suitable for Chinese conditions and has Chinese characteristics,force from the factor level,industry level and system level at the same time to ensure the successful of supply-side structural reform from many aspects.Through literature analysis,comparative analysis and normative analysis method to explore the historical evolution of the supply theory,expounded the latest development of the supply theory in China,receive the implement approach of supply-side structural reform,which is appropriate and feasible for China.Under the demand of economic policy for a long time,There is not much literature on the supply theory,this paper reveals the origin and development of the supply theory through analyzing the historical evolution of supply theory,not only provide practical guidance to comprehensive understanding the supply theory,but also provide a solid theoretical foundation for the supply-side structural reform.Research on the implement approach of the supply-side structural reform,not only has important practical significance to ensure steady and healthy development of Chinese economy,but also has a positive role in promoting the global economy out of the doldrums.
