With the rapid development of the insurance market,insurance companies are gradually changing competition homogenization,insurancecompany competition has mountain products competing for the service,thecustomer experience is to win the core competitiveness of our customers,the key is to create the insurance service quality for customer inspection body,counter service is the insurance company and the customer face to face window,the counter service personnel is to accurately grasp the customer intention,standard operating procedures,rapid and accurate for the convenience of customers,customer service,active service,has become the effective way to promote business development path.Therefore,the insurance service is not only a means of competition,but also a part of curing insurance products.This paper takes H insurance company counter service as the research object,based on the work practice and investigation,business process reengineering,service blueprint,customer experience,incentive theory as the guide,using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining,to explore issues related to enhance H insurance counter service.First,introduces the H insurance company profile,counter construction,counter service,and the service counter status of H insurance company as a starting point,the implementation of on-site survey of H insurance company teller and customers,specifically from the counter service customer satisfaction,job functions as the center of the service mode,site management and control efforts,the counter service personnel incentive,supervision and evaluation of the existing problems of H insurance company counter service of these five aspects.Secondly,the customer experience and customer satisfaction as the starting point,from the establishment of the"customer-centric”service target,to establish "experience,a cabinet"counter service mode and from counter service improvement work mainly discusses the H insurance company counter service improvement direction.Finally,from the point of view of deepening the development of tubular separation,continued to optimize the sales process and operation mode,competition to service competition,focus on building brand image,strengthen supervision,to study the H insurance company counter,security measures are put forward to solve the problem of counter H insurance company,so as to improve the internal and external customersatisfaction,further enhance the construction of-the Gounter-H insurance company,improve customer satisfaction and promote business development.In short,the insurance company's counter service is the service window of insurance company's and customer face-to-face communication,is the embodiment of company image,promotion counter service is to improve the core competitiveness of insurance companies,therefore,this paper will research as a research topic and has profound practical significance and important H insurance company promotion counter service.
