With the rapid development of global economy and the enterprise external environment changes day by day,the logistics industry developing rapidly.In such keen competition,KN-XMN Company how to stand out from many enterprises and become the best one,the enterprise strategic target is formulated correctly plays a decisive role.And,performance management system is an important means of enterprise strategic target falls to the ground,so,according to the actual situation of KN-XMN Company,to establish a performance management system,which is consistent with the strategic goal,becomes one of the most important tasks of the enterprise management.After more than 20 years of development,the existing performance management system of KN-XMN Company has not adapt to the development of the company,there are five major problems:lack of overall view of performance management,the purpose of the performance appraisal is not clear,lack of scientific basis for the existing performance evaluation indexes,single subject to the performance appraisal,and superficial form performance feedback and result application.The study takes KN-XMN Company's existing performance management system as the research object,bases on the theory of performance management,through the questionnaire survey,refers to the related literatures and reference,comprehensively and objectively analyzes the company performance management system.At the same time,in view of the above five aspects of problems,from the preparation of performance management system,performance plan,performance counseling and communication,performance appraisal and evaluation,performance feedback and application six units,puts forward the corresponding solution to improve the performance management system.In addition,the safeguard measures have been taken to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management system improvement program,and also predict the result of the implementation.Through the study,combined with KN-XMN company specific examples,we can be more aware of the performance management system for the realization of corporate strategy has important function and meaning.At the same time,through the study,we hope to improve and perfect the performance management of KN-XMN Company,and offer help and reference to improve corporate performance.
