Competition for companies is key to talent.In fact,to improve the competency of personnel quality,but the means and ways of implementation is more,for example,to strengthen the construction of enterprise management system,improve the recruitment mechanism,perfecting the supervision and inspection system,construction model of strategic human resources and so on.However,planning or designing human resource training is one of the basic and effective ways and methods.Based on DN company as a case,this paper analyzed the current company in human resources training needs analysis of the effect is not obvious,imperfect training run system elements,and the present situation of the training to organize the implementation of quality need to improve,as well as the existing human resources training in human resources training system number is difficult to balance structure,difficult to guarantee quality of training,training hard.Against the company in the specific problems of the human resources training system,respectively from two aspects including data and theory,it analyses the reasons of the problems,and according to the company's business and the training of the status quo,on the basis of people-job matching theory,incentive theory,career planning theory,life cycle theory,resource allocation theory,combined with the survey and the data of the company human resources training system,the company human resources training system for the design,further defined the human resource training system construction of the guiding ideology,overall objectives,basic principles,perfecting the training system of the organization system,perfected the implementation process,and the adjustment career employees,improve the self assessment system,refining career planning steps,etc.,puts forward the countermeasures and methods to strengthen the construction of the connotation of the training system.Finally,in order to ensure its smooth operation,the new construction of human resource training system has been set up to ensure its smooth operation.Through research,further understand the current status of DN company human resource training,and in human resources training system construction and operation of specific problems,this paper discusses the effective solution and the path of effective crack restricts the bottleneck of enterprises bigger and stronger,for improving the quality of human resources training,contribute to smooth running training system specification provides a strong theoretical and practical support.At the same time,it also provides a method for other companies to improve the human resources training system.
