CT industry is in a phase of rapid development in China,because of the domestic consumer's high quality demand for diagnosis and treatment,along with the promoted policies,a number of outstanding domestic CT enterprises have sprung up.A company has successfully entered into CT industry named Hi-Tech industry by virtue of its technology accumulation which is more than twenty years in the medical device industry,as well as the power of brand value.So far,it has made some achievements,but also needs to face some serious problems,such as the pressure that several giants of abroad occupy an absolute market share,also needs to compete in the domestic race.In order to win in such a fierce competition,A company must find its own advantages compared to other competitors,compare their advantages to others' disadvantages,make hard to achieve the following goal:We have things while others don't,when they possess,ours are better.Only when it established and developed in line with competitive strategies could it remain invincible.On the basis of learning from the existing literature,the author analyzes the external environment and industry environment which influence the development of the enterprise,and puts forward the competitive strategy suitable for the development of A Company by combining with its advantages and disadvantages and using the SWOT analysis method,then explains how to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.This paper uses the theory of business strategic management to a company's external environment,and internal environment.External environmental factors include not only the macro-environment,namely,political,economic,social and technological,but also cover the industry environment,namely the five factors in the Porter's five forces model.After the analysis of enterprise's internal conditions,such as resources,ability and core competence ability.Strengths,weaknesses,and external opportunities and threats of the enterprises mentioned above are carried out and combined through SWOT,eventually find out the suitable strategy for A company's development.Finally,combining the advantages of resources and competitive strategy of the company,the author concludes a series of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of A company's competitive strategy.In this paper,under the existing external environment and objective factor condition,A company could win a place in the fierce competition of market using differentiation competitive strategy according to their own advantage.In addition,taking into account that some enterprises in this industry are also facing same opportunities and threats,and have its own advantages and disadvantages,so the proposed strategy for A company has practical significance,to say the least,even if the differences between enterprises are huge,but the method of strategic analysis proposed in this paper should have universal applicability to different enterprises in different industries.
