On the basis of the relevant research and the combination with the principles of economics and management,this assignment analyzes the core staff dimission of large commercial banks in China,including the factors influencing the decision-making of the core employees and their decision-making process.Furthermore,from the actual situation,it objective analyzes and gives recommendations targeted to solve the difficult problems of the commercial banks.This paper emphasizes the main reasons that affect the dimission of commercial banks' core employees,which can be divided into three parts:personal factors,organizational factors and social factors.From the personal factors,it involves the change of today's individual career concept,employment concept and career development concept changes.At present the individual purposes to find job on self-realization and self-improvement.From the enterprise organization factors,whether the bank has a set of scientific and standardized recruitment system,staff training program and human resources management system;whether the salary paid by the enterprise is reasonable;whether the enterprise has designed and used a set of effective performance appraisal program;Whether the employees can provide a good future development opportunities,have also become a talent to consider the key factors to stay.Finally,from the social external environment factors,whether the social security system is reasonable and more competitive than other financial institutions,is also an important factor.Therefore,commercial banks should establish a scientific solution to the core staff dimission,continuously gain and strengthen the talent competitive advantage,and constantly reduce the core staff loss,so that the banks can own more competitions on talent,encourage employees to create more business efficiency and social benefits,in the financial market opening and development of the ambitious process.This assignment absorbs and uses many researches and academic achievements of experts and scholars in China and abroad,analyzes the process and influencing factors of personnel dimission decision from various aspects,and obtains some suitable countenneasures and schemes,which has certain theoretical significance.At the same time,this assignment points out that these management ideas and countermeasures will help large commercial banks to improve their management mode,improve the retention rate of talent,talent management has some practical significance.
