Study On Independent Innovation Capacity Evaluation System Of Technological And Medium-side Enterprises Of Jiangxi Province

Social development in China is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,the increasingly fierce market competition,independent innovation capability has become the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain the most critical elements.Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises is the main carrier of scientific and technological achievements into the transformation as well as the primary driver of scientific and technological progress,which play an irreplaceable role in promoting China’s industrial restructuring and employment and economic growth.Therefore,the research on the evaluation system of independent innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology can help the small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology to avoid weaknesses and gain competitive advantage in the market competition,and provide scientific basis for the government and relevant departments to formulate the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises reference.Jiangxi Province,as the implementation of the strategy of the rise of the important practitioners,is in the economic quality and efficiency of the critical period.According to the survey,In 2016,the contribution of output value of small and medium sized enterprises in Jiangxi province was 718.878 billion,which ranked 20 in China.Therefore,how to promote scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi Province to evaluate their own independent innovation ability level and improve the improvement is the problem to solve.Based on the theory of technological innovation,this paper systematically combs the research achievements of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology at home and abroad.Based on the unique situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province,this paper tries to construct the evaluation system of independent innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and forming mechanism of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises based on the research literature of independent innovation ability at the same time constructs the evaluation system of independent innovation ability of smalland medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in Jiangxi province.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of a dimension and the index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi Province.The empirical results show that the comprehensive level of independent innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology in Jiangxi Province is "general" level.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of independent innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi Province,with a view to providing reference for relevant government agencies and enterprises.
