Optimization Research Of Food Cold-chain Logistics Traceability System In CX Company

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the level of social information,the quality and safety issue of cold products had caused a widespread concern in all sectors of society,in recent years.Since the policy document "agricultural products cold chain development plan" was published in 2010,the cold chain logistics in our country began to develop rapidly.Government departments strengthen the cold chain logistics traceability system construction continually and enterprises also actively build cold chain logistics traceability system in order to meet consumer new demand.This paper's research object is the cold chain logistics traceability system of CX Corporation(Beijing Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.),which has accumulated a number of cold chain-related business users since 2012.However,with the continuous integration of information technology,especially the Internet of Things technology assimilating into the cold chain logistics traceability,CX's cold chain logistics traceability system is facing new challenges in meeting the new demands of users and adapting to the development trend in contemporary.In this context,this paper puts forward the optimization research on the design and application of CX's cold chain logistics traceability system.Firstly,after analyzing the relevant concepts and theories of cold chain logistics and comparing the current situation of research at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the theoretical basis which supporting this research into three aspects,including cold chain logistics traceability,Ecode object and business address analysis technology.Then the Delphi method is used to identify the key factors for optimize demand after the problem of cold chain logistics traceability system in CX company was simply summed up based on the situation analysis.The result shows that the user experience,information management and standardization are identified to be the key factors,including 10 specific key requirements.And then,this paper used AHP to evaluate the key factors of optimization demand.Finally,the result showed that it is necessary to achieve the single-item full-process cold chain traceability based on the efficient information sharing in this optimization research.On the basis of demand analysis,this paper's optimization design is based on the Ecode object identification system and integrated the business address resolution technology in order to realize the single-item full-process cold chain traceability and efficient information sharing.And a detailed optimization program is proposed from the cold chain logistics tracing process and functional level.Finally,to verify the optimization needs analysis and optimize design's effectiveness,the optimized scheme is applied to the Zhaoqing cold chain logistics system upgrade project for a the case analysis,which is the author participated during the internship in the CX company.
