In recent years,domestic enterprises have been developing rapidly.It can help enterprise scientifically integrate production factors,make the enterprise employees to form a common values,enhance the cohesion for the enterprise to carry out enterprise culture construction.In the enterprise culture construction,the human elements are concerned,and the spirit culture power has also been emphasized,and it is hoped that positive values,code of conduct and ethics can be cultivated through the invisible cultural energy.The research on enterprise culture construction can lead enterprise employees to strive for the development of enterprises.In this paper,based on the theory of enterprise culture and its construction,the enterprise culture construction of H Company was studied in combination with other people's research achievements.The status in quo of H company's enterprise culture construction was analyzed from three aspects of the company's general situation,enterprise culture's contents and enterprise culture construction situation,and its good practices were summed up,and its problems were put forward from the aspects of culture atmosphere,employee participation,culture transmission mode,culture content,typical character cultivation,institutional culture,and the understanding of enterprise culture,etc.The reasons for the problems above were analyzed,including staff thought blundering in the reform period,lacking effective and reliable transmission carrier,the typical training can't meet the demand,the continuation of traditional culture,some employees can't understand the significance of culture construction,lacking professional personnel.And finally according to the objective demand of enterprise development and status in quo of H Company,six countermeasures were put forward which are increasing the control of employees` thoughts,enriching communication carrier,strengthening selection and advertisements for models,completing institutional culture construction,publicizing the enterprise culture concept,enhancing the professional talent training.It is expected that these specific and guiding countermeasures can provide a reference for H Company perfecting relevant works of culture construction,and also provide thought and concept for culture construction of other enterprises.
