Laspeyres Method Based Road Freight Price Index Model And Its Application

With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of road infrastructure,the scale of road freight market is growing in China,and has achieved remarkable development.However,the freight market also has the phenomenon that imbalance of supply and demand,the transport price is different,the low price vicious competition is common and so on.The transport price index can objectively and timely reflect the trend of price fluctuation in the freight market,and provide scientific basis for the decision-making of government and enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and compile the price index of road freight transportation in china.The details are as follows:(1)Study on the model of road freight transportation price index.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign typical transport price index and the preparation method,according to the current characteristics of development of road freight market in China,analyzes the price index of road freight transportation demand,design consists of a region,mileage,transportation organization,cargo weight type,transport speed of a series of factors such as road the carriage of goods price index system.On this basis,based on the Laspeyres index method,design the various elements of the road transport of goods price index,and including preparation methods,sample line,base as well as the choice of the weighting,establishing road transport of goods price index compiled model in this paper.(2)Application and analysis of road freight price index.This paper collected Alibaba logistics service platform of logistics resources transaction data,application of road transport of goods price index model,compiled the road transport of goods price index system in Zhejiang province,with the PMI index,CCFI and price index for China logistics highway transportation correlation analysis.(3)Design and implementation of road freight transport price index system.Based on the software engineering method,the price index system for road freight transport is designed.And using the Microsoft visual studio 2010 as the integrated development environment,using c#language programming,thus for road transport of goods price index compiled and management automation tools.
