With the advent of "Internet +", cross-border e-commerce has stood on the tuyere of capital market. Under the support of national policy, the development of cross-border e-commerce will usher in unprecedented financing environment, cross-border e-commerce is another focus to cultivate new economic growth engine. Under the background of our country export trade grows slowly. As the representation of new type of trade, cross-border e-commerce is on high pace development, and being a tool of slow down the pace of Hedge export growth. If overseas online shopping stage is defined as a cross-border e-commerce 1.0 era,now, with the integration of rapid growth is maturity, and support of policy, cross-border e-commerc is step into 2.0 era. In the age of 2.0, Both industry layout and policy guidance, compared with B2C, B2B will no doubt the point.The first chapter set the selected topic background, expounds the significance of research. Then introduce the research methods of paper, and put forward the innovation and deficiency in this paper.The second chapter gives an overview of the cross-border e-commerce, firstly gives the concept and the scope of the electronic commerce and electronic business type, and then research on cross-border e-commerce.The third and the fourth chapter, I analyze the mode of B2B and B2C respectively,probes into the concept and characteristics of two business models, As well as the development present situation and future trend.The last chapter compare B2B business model with B2C business model, Analyzing the characteristics of the enterprise B2B and B2C e-commerce, and the relation and difference between B2B and B2C marketing model, compared the B2B and B2C trading patterns,Explore the feasibility of the integration of B2B and B2C.
