With the rapid growth of Chinese economy,and the growing internationalization of the market,Chinese enterprises will have to face a more and more complex business environment,both domestic and overseas,with new things coming up,they are facing a much more intense competition.As one of the most important tools,performance evaluation has getting noticed and adopt by more and more enterprises,to assist in business development and make great convenience to the enterprise.The manufacture of farm and animal husbandry plays an important role in the development of agricultural economy in China,thus the intelligence and modernization of relevant enterprises is an important guarantee for the development of modern agriculture.In terms of performance appraisal,there is a lot of misunderstanding in Existing enterprise now,and there is a lack of scientific,systematic and planned implementation.The existing performance appraisal system focuses on financial indicators,but not enough emphasis on non-financial indicators.As the social environment changes,the shortcomings of the existing performance appraisal system exposed.On the one hand,it cannot evaluate the performance of enterprises in all aspects,on the other hand,there also lacks a scientific method for looking at the future of the enterprise.Therefore it is of practical significance to design a system of performance appraisal which conforms to the manufacturing industry of agricultural and animal husbandry.This paper takes Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery co.,LTD in Feicheng City as research subject,introduces the idea of Balanced Scorecard,and constructs a set of enterprise performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard,Starting from the actual situation of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery co.,LTD in Feicheng City,combining the strategy development with the balanced scorecard theory,illuminating the application of balanced scorecard in the performance management of the subject enterprise.The main research context of this article: First of all,introduce the theory,and make a macroscopic understanding of balanced scorecard,then related status and questions of performance management in Feicheng Xufeng Farming Machinery Co.,LTD are analyzed.After that,we describe the detailed design process of performance management system concretely by reviewing the company's strategic and hence to draw a strategic map.The goal is transformed into realistic scheme to create greater value.Finally explain the company's guarantee measures of implementing the performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard.
