As the social environment is changed, owning automobile or cars has become to be a symbol of ones success in both career and financial field. Automobile market coming forth with intensive competition is subjected to the increasing demand for cars. In addition, a greater compact on automobile manufacturing enterprises will arise as the economical globalization and integration approach, which entails managers for up-to-date managing concept holistic discipline and effective performance evaluation to win in such a harsh competition when it is relatively changed. Whereas, the appearance of the balanced scorecard can definitely convert missions and strategies of enterprises into a measurable quota, and enhance the employees in making pieces of effort to realize their target wholeheartedly and actively.The passage is to mainly introduce and analyze methodology of the balanced scorecard on the basis of applying features of automobile manufacturing industries of our nation, by integrating theory research and case inspection, to put emphasis on analyzing existing defects of present performance managing methodology that most automobile enterprises are adapting, to establish applicable strategy managing system in balanced scorecard for automobile enterprises by taking BD Group as reference, and to study application of the system, cautions and capabilities of avoiding risks.
