With the constant development of China's economy,the financial industry has made great achievements,However,under the new normality in the economic downturn,the pressure on banks has been increasing.With the deepening of economic globalization and financial reform in China,our commercial banks are facing increasingly challenges and impacts.Business process reengineering of bank loan is the extension and development of process management thought,as well as the process of business process adjustment and trend optimization.In this process,the managers rearrange the business process structure,merges and divisions,in order to improve the management level and decreasing the loan risk continually.By lowering the cost of loan management,improving the level of loan risk control,improving the efficiency of bank lending and operation.Ultimately,we can promote the competition level of the overall banking industry.Therefore,the loan business process reengineering becomes more and more popular among commercial banks.The D Bank,in this paper,is a Rural Credit Cooperative of a local county in Shandong province.March 2016,this Bank merged with another local Rural Commercial Bank,and Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.D was established.Loan business is one of the core business of this bank.In this paper,comparative research method,field investigation method,combining theory with practical method,questionnaire survey method and theoretical analysis method are used toanalysis of the problems and reasons in the loan process of Bank D.It is necessary to reconstruct the process of its bank loan business.Then,the author cautiously proposes to optimize the overall loan business process of Bank D,to build business teams to shorten the operation processes,to treat customers differently depending on the degree of risk,and non-core business outsourcing,ete.In the meanwhile,it is suggested that the bank should optimize the organizational structure,improve the mechanism of human resources promotion,enhance the performance appraisal and strengthen the incentive restraint,increase the usage of information technology and cultivate the risk culture and other reform measures,In order to achieve the Customer satisfaction is improved effectively,organizational structure optimization,noticeable improvement of approval prescription,and the risk control ability significantly enhanced.
