Study On Evaluation Of Agri-tourism Adaptable Region In Quanzhou City

With the sustained and rapid development of economy as well as the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's consumption concept gradually changed.Agri-tourism demand began to grow rapidly,and the corresponding market supply has also experienced intense development.However,the suitability,rationality and scientific development of Agri-tourism are becoming more and more obvious.The spatial layout of Agri-tourism should take into account the natural resources of agriculture,the terrain and the surrounding natural environment and economic environment,scientifically carry out the layout of Agri-tourism,make rational use of agricultural natural resources to build the functional area of Agri-tourism,improve the effective allocation of resources,promote the development of environment and economy and society.The site selection of Agri-tourism project is an important prerequisite for the development and construction of Agri-tourism.Under the guidance of scientific method,make the development of agri-tourism planning towards the quantitative,and scientific direction.This study takes Quanzhou City as an example,adopts the multi-angle and multi-level research methods,bases on the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,evaluates the suitability of site selection of Agri-tourism project in Quanzhou by using spatial analysis methods such as GIS reclassification tool and grid computing tool,combined with analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method Indicators for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The main research content and research conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the general situation of Agri-tourism in Quanzhou.Quanzhou Agri-tourism demonstration sites show uneven distribution;most of the natural resources,agricultural landscape and other natural advantages as the leading characteristics;the overall distribution of "part of the concentration,the overall decentralized"features.(2)Based on the DEM data of Quanzhou,the four factors of elevation,slope,aspect and topography were analyzed by single factor analysis and multi-factors superposition analysis.Quanzhou Agri-tourism projects were divided into the most suitable area,suitable area,not suitable area.(3)The hierarchical model of fitness evaluation of Quanzhou Agri-tourism is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process.The model mainly includes three project layers:location condition(B1),resource condition(B2)and site condition(B3).Among them,through the relevant experts scoring,the result is the maximum weight of resource conditions,reaching 0.443.This indicates that resource conditions are the most important factors affecting the development of Agri-tourism projects.(4)Selected five cases of Yongchun Maoxia Village,Nanan Taoyuan Rose Town,Anxi County Huaxiang Court Tea Manor,Huian County Sunflower Ecological Park and Nanan Huangqi Jiancha Manor as an empirical study.The final evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation obtained by the investigation and analysis.It is reasonable to prove that the site selection of Quanzhou agri-tourism projects is reasonable.
