With the rapid development of economy,the automobile industry has entered a period of vigorous development,the per-capita car ownership is increasing year by year,the traffic environment in our country is deteriorating,illegal parking leads to the static traffic problems.Therefore,the traditional flat parking is difficult to meet the growing demand of parking,stereo garage industry has entered public view and gradually accepted and recognized under the major background.There are a lot of well-established traditional manufacturing enterprises have been involved in the manufacturing and sales areas of stereo garage with confidences of marketing demands.With the industry competition becoming fiercer and fiercer,how COI group becomes to be a leader in the industry is particularly important and urgent.In the new situation,it is required that COI group timely analysis and research,summed up the group stereo garage products "differentiated marketing model" rely on its scale and resources advantages,in order to achieve breakthrough of competition in the parking industry."Differentiated marketing mode" of COI group's stereo garage products is based on the analysis of marketing demands,aiming at the increasingly personalized marketing demands,combined with the group's existing resources,through the brand positioning,establish a distinctive corporate image,establish core competitive advantage through differentiated marketing position,differentiated technical innovation,differentiated service process,differentiated operation model,in order to obtain strategic advantage.According to the present situation of the group and the industry,this paper uses documentation method,interview method,questionnaires method,comparative analysis method for researching "differentiated marketing model" of COI group's stereo garage products,the purpose is to based on the present marketing model of stereo garage products,combined with the analysis of domestic stereo garage products'marketing environment and the marketing demands and position,describe the unique"differentiated marketing model" of COI group's stereo garage products.To give reference to the development of group's stereo garage industry,and lead it to a healthy,orderly,sustainable and rapid development channels.
