With the rapid development of cities,the problem of "difficult parking" in cities has become more and more serious.This problem has adversely affected traffic,safety,and urban order,and has gradually become a serious problem that hinders urban development.problem.The appearance of the three-dimensional garage can alleviate the problem of "difficult parking" to a certain extent.Compared with the traditional ground parking lot,the three-dimensional garage has a higher space utilization rate and can provide more available parking spaces on the same floor area.Due to the problems of low safety performance and high construction cost of existing stereo garages,the market penetration rate of stereo garages in China is low.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a new concept of intensive parking garage,which has great innovation in the construction and operation principle of the garage.Its space utilization and safety performance are greatly improved compared with the existing types of three-dimensional garage,and it can realize unmanned intelligent access.Based on the concept of dense parking garage,this paper further studies its scheduling strategy.From the point of view of multi-objective optimization,the weight coefficient is introduced to consider the optimization of garage energy consumption and customer waiting time,and three access strategies are proposed,which are hybrid access,storage priority and pick-up priority.The performance of the three Scheduling Strategies on energy consumption and customer waiting time is analyzed in different weight coefficients,garage peak and peak periods.According to the particularity of the construction and working principle of the intensive parking garage,genetic algorithm and greedy algorithm are selected to solve the vehicle scheduling process step by step,and the objective function is optimized.The specific method is to number each row of the garage,use genetic algorithm to determine which row the vehicle is parked in,on this basis,through certain rules,use greedy algorithm to determine the specific parking positionof the vehicle.In this paper,we use python programming to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of the intensive parking garage and carry out numerical experiments,so as to study the scheduling strategy of the intensive parking garage.According to the results of the numerical experiments,the conclusions can be summarized as follows: the hybrid access strategy is selected in the peak period,and the vehicle pick-up priority strategy is selected in the peak period.This study can provide some reference for the selection of scheduling strategy of the intensive parking garage,and make some contribution to the landing application of the garage and the subsequent related research.
