Research On Relationship Between Land Use Urbanization Development And Ecological Health-Case Study On Harbor Areas In Tianjin, China

This paper,taking the Landsat TM multi-spectral images and Tianjin statistical yearbook as the main data sources, uses the dynamic simulation analytical method to get data about four periods of land use and ecological environment from 1987 to 2013 in Tianjin Harbor Districts . The transformation rules of land use and features of ecological health change of these districts in the past 30 years are also concluded in it.Futhermore, to construct a suitable ecological healthy index evaluation system for the harbor districts, it takes the city's ecological healthy index evaluation system as an example, so that people can evaluate accurately. With the adoption of linear regression method, this paper also explores the mutual relation of land use and ecological health, and analyzes the main impact factors. Besides, the case-study results of foreign excellent harbor districts are given to do analysis and conclude the standardized model of harbor districts' land layout so as to put forward related optimization strategy of land layout. Finally, after making simulated evaluation for Tianjin Harbor overall land use planning, this paper advances the future development direction and sustainable development strategy of future land use in Tianjin Harbor Districts.This paper is of significance for people to learn the development rules of harbor districts and explore the mutual relation of land use and ecological health, thus guiding harbor districts to realize their sustainable development.
