Land is the most important basic resource for human survival and development,and could realize the carrier of all human behaviors.Land use structure is the product of human society,and has a very important impact on the development of society.The problem of land structure adjustment is the contradiction between ecological protection and economic growth,because the key ecological function area is very fragile.The study area is Yanchi County(anti wind and sand fixing type),Pengyang county(soil and water conservation type)and Jingyuan County(water conservation type),which are selected from the three categories of the key ecological functional areas in Ningxia.Based on the data of remote sensing interpretation of land use in 2015,the status and characteristics of land use in the study area were analyzed.A single objective optimization and multi-objective optimization model for each county in 2025 was constructed,and the optimization results of land use structure were obtained based on ant colony algorithm.The following conclusions can be obtained through inquiry:(1)The remote sensing data of the study area in 2015 were analyzed by using the methods of quantitative structure,spatial distribution and information entropy,it is obtained that Yanchi county is mainly grassland and cultivated land,and the grassland is mainly distributed in the middle and northern regions.Pengyang county is dominated by woodland and arable land,and is distributed intersecting.Most of them are woodland in Jingyuan county,it is distributed in the western and northeastern parts of the Six Mountains.The information entropy of land use structure in Yanchi county is the largest,Pengyang county is the second,Jingyuan County is the smallest,and the order of land use system decreases in turn,while the ecological risk degree of land use structure increases in turn.(2)The optimized mathematical model is constructed with 6 independent variables and 8 constraints,and the land use structure optimization scheme in 2025 is obtained by using MATLAB software and ant colony algorithm.The following are the solutions for the optimization of the value of ecological services:The cultivated land in Yanchi county is 101204 hectares,93769.92 hectares of woodland,395557.14 hectares of grassland,1608.67 hectares of water,20634.87 hectares of land for construction and 42073 hectares of unused land.The cultivated land in Pengyang county is 78875.47 hectares,124686.10 hectares of woodland,31307.70 hectares of grassland,1736.41 hectares of water,11172.13 hectares of land for construction and 5458.21 hectares of unused land.The cultivated land in Jingyuan County is 15682.57 hectares,81773.12 hectares of woodland,9851.19 hectares of grassland,356.29 hectares of water,3787.94 hectares of land for construction and 1376.7 hectares of unused land.The following are the schemes for optimizing economic benefits:101104 hectares of cultivated land in Yanchi County,91837.72 hectares of woodland,398402.47 hectares of grassland,1598.39 hectares of water,21232.48 hectares of land for construction and 40672.54 hectares of unused land;The cultivated land in Pengyang county is 81638.58 hectares,118578 hectares of woodland,33537 hectares of grassland,1628.81 hectares of water,12649.38 hectares of land for construction and 5204.20 hectares of unused land.The cultivated land in Jingyuan County is 15941.57 hectares,79272.78 hectares of woodland,11986.31 hectares of grassland,317.92 hectares of water,3990.66 hectares of land for construction and 1318.57 hectares of unused land.The following are the schemes for the synergistic optimization of ecological service value and economic benefit:101147 hectares of cultivated land,92329.62 hectares of woodland,397301.60 hectares of grassland,1595.39 hectares of water,20948.20 hectares of land for construction and 41525.79 hectares of unused land in Yanchi County;The cultivated land in Pengyang county is 80979.30 hectares,121517.30 hectares of woodland,31597.23 hectares of grassland,1689.21 hectares of water,12074.52 hectares of land for construction and 5378.40 hectares of unused land.The cultivated land in Jingyuan County is 15781.59 hectares,80753.28 hectares of woodland,10712.35 hectares of grassland,335.57 hectares of water,3970.73 hectares of land for construction and 1274.31 hectares of unused land.(3)Put forward pertinent suggestions and countermeasures according to the adjustment of land structure in the above research area.
