| Agricultural machinery enterprise to win the first position and opportunity in the intense competition market,must adjust its procurement management strategy moderately depending on its own advanced technical renovation and comprehensive development status.Meanwhile,rational use of all resources should be adopted in order to meet procurement efficiency in the implementation of appropriate procurement,which will promote enterprises to win the highest rate of profits.In studying the procurement strategy at home and abroad combining theory with practice and taking the actual running of K enterprise as example,the writer,supported by a number of cases and ABC analysis as well as fishbone diagram and other tools,studied status of procurement management and found out actual problems in agricultural enterprise and worked out critical factors and control point.The writer analyzed the problems case by case and combined the current supply chain with the management and finally found tout problems of supply chain in K enterprise.In view of procurement strategy,cost control,inventory strategy,supplier management and EDI,to assist a gricultural enterprise to work out the breakthrough and strategy making in procurement management,and to put forward suitable management strategy in development and improvement of the enterprise and also to optimize the procurement performance in order to increase the reaction ability in supply chain and core competition,as well as market occupancy.The thesis deployed targeted procurement strategy and optimized response cycle and cost in supply chain,which will provide some reference to seasonal agricultural manufactories.The research results of this thesis could provide technical support and improvement in optimized strategy management of enterprises,also it can help the enterprise to increase their comp etitiveness and superiority in the word,and also show long term theoretical and practical significance. |
