| Nowadays,a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution gave birth to the rise,with significant changes in technology and increasingly fierce competition of technology.The country,who wants to seize the strategic high ground of technology and industrial development,must accelerate technological innovation and develop high-tech industry.The level of competitiveness of high-tech industry is a measure of a country’s economic strength.Paying attention to the development of high-tech industry,China has made great achievements and rapid developments since Reform and Opening-up.As a coastal city,Fujian Province gets the help from the policy advantage,and accelerates the speed of developing high-tech industry.Within the accumulation for these thirty years,the high-tech industry of Fujian Province has been getting potential and competitive advantage.Facing up the intense competitions of home and abroad,and the challenges of new technological revolution and industrial revolution,improving the competitive strength of high-tech industry and spurring the developments of high-tech industry is a significant strategy issue during the periocd of new economic development for Fujian Province.So comparative research and scientific evaluation on the competitiveness of high-tech industry plays a significant role in improving the competitiveness and promoting the development of high-tech industry in Fujian Province.This paper,through comparing and analyzing the competitiveness of high-tech industry in Fujian Province,mainly study the level of development of high-tech industry and the factors affecting the high-tech industry’s competitiveness,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper introduced the research status of industrial competitiveness and high-tech industry’s competitiveness at home and abroad,and defined the meaning and classification of high-tech industry,and described the theories of industrial competitiveness and the factors affecting industrial competitiveness.On this basis,the paper built a factors’model of the competitiveness of high-tech industry,and laid the theoretical foundation and model-based for the subsequent chapters.Secondly,on the basis of the factors’model of the competitiveness of high-tech industry,the paper built the evaluation index system and proposed the evaluation methods of high-tech industry’s competitiveness.Thirdly,combined with the high-tech industry development of Fujian Province,and the use of high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation index system,the paper analyzed high-tech industrial competitiveness of Fujian Province,and compared with other advanced cities,as well as the development trend of the industry,the differences within the industry,and the development of the province around the city using factor analysis,entropy method and other methods of competitive high-tech industry.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of high-tech industry in Fujian Province,the paper summed the shortage and restrictive factors,and combined with the opportunities and challenges of the development of high-tech industry to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in how to enhance the competitiveness of high-tech industry in Fujian Province. |
