| Today’s society, science and technology are primary productive forces, science andtechnology-based high-tech industry is developing rapidly, has become the world’s economiccompetitiveness strategic high ground. China as a competitive development of the developingcountries, between regions of the country have also launched around the high-tech industry.Vigorously develop high-tech industries, not only to speed up economic structural adjustmentof the industrial structure in particular, but also an important way to improve the speed andquality of economic growth. Thus, a high-tech industry competitive strength of the region,will directly determine the strength of the regional competitiveness.Henan Province in central China as an economic and populous region in recent years, andvigorously promote the development of high-tech industries. However, due to the landlockedHenan, restricted more, compared with the developed provinces and cities, the high-techindustry as a whole is not strong, still faces a number of problems and difficulties. First, thelack of personnel, and Henan is located inland, the economic backwardness in the developedareas, the lack of a policy to attract talent, a serious brain drain. Second, the high-techindustry in Henan Province base is weak, small-scale, difficult to form industrial clusters, theeffect is not easy to attract technology and capital accumulation. In addition, there is not astrong sense of innovation and motivation; lack of sound corporate governance structure, themodern enterprise system lag so a series of reasons.In summary, there is a high-tech industry in Henan many problems need to be resolved,therefore, how to enhance the competitiveness of high-tech industries in Henan Province hasbecome a critical issue. Based on this, on the basis of this paper predecessors, the use ofrelevant data and information, analyzes and high-tech industries in Henan found their ownproblems, to build a high-tech industry competitiveness index system of evaluation, throughthe analysis of competitive high-tech industry in Henan Li made the evaluation and, finally,put forward relevant suggestions. |
