Study On The Construction Of Logistics Center Of Beisijia In Fujian

As a product of market development,chain business is becoming a modernized business model.For its' tremendous operation merits,chain business is adopted by many countries.When chain business has developed to a certain degree,the demand for logistics expounds,not only in number,but also in quality and personalization.The reason for why more and more large chain retail enterprises consider building logistics center by themselves is the backward level of logistics will restrict the development of them.The function of logistics center including purchase,storage,processing,information and group distribution,which guarantee chain retail enterprises operate well.Meanwhile,compared to relaying on third party logistics,self-building logistics center enjoys the advantage that is more convenience for enterprise to control its business.In a word,logistics center is vital for the flexibility,efficiency,scale merit,personalized service,and accelerated logistics.However,with the development of chain retail business,the emphasis on the logistics center is not enough,which will lead to development bottleneck in future.On this background,this paper discusses the building of logistics center of chain enterprises.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter explains the context,significance,relative research,and innovation point of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the site selection methods and theories,which is the reference for the site selection of Beisijia.The third chapter focus on the present situation of logistics center and the fourth chapter leads into Beisijia,analyzes its logistics system and proposes the necessary for a further research on the site selection of distribution center.The fifth chapter uses iterative method to elaborate on the quantitative study of the site selection of Beisijia,which based on the principle of site selection and take gravity approach as modeling tool.The sixth chapter focuses on the operation management of logistics center to analysis the relevance of each function area and applies graph construction method to plan the basic layout of function areas.The seventh chapter investigates the management and cost control of logistics center.
