Evaluation Research On The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization In Manufacturing Enterprise

Currently,Manufacturing enterprises are facing with more and more serious overcapacity,low equipment efficiency,high production costs,lacking of product innovation and diversification of user needs problems.In order to enhance manufacturing enterprises' production efficiency and keep China's manufacturing enterprises develop in a healthy and sustainable way,the 16th CPC National Congress has put forward a new industrialization road with "informationization facilitates industrialization and industralization expedites informationization in turn".Followed by,the integration of informatization and industrialization(hereinafter referred to as theintegration)has received great concern.The integration of informatization and industrialization is an effective tool for manufacturing enterprises transform from production-oriented to service-oriented.Evaluating the level and efficiency on the integration of informatization and industrialization on manufacturing enterprises will help enterprises to clarify their integration construction status and problems,making good allocation of resources,improving production efficiency,and deepening the integration of informatization and industrialization.Therefore,Assessing the level and efficiency of the integration on manufacturing enterprises has great practical significance.This article aims to build an evaluation index system of the integration on manufacturing enterprises.The paper uses entropy method,AHP method and DEA to reconstruct the evaluation model.Also establishes the level assessment model and efficiency evaluation model of the integration on manufacturing enterprises.And takes empirical research on Fujian manufacturing enterprises with SPSS,EMS and other data analysis tools.And proposes some corresponding strategies for the construction of the integration on Fujian manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,based on the background of national research on the integration of informatization and industrialization,this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad about the integration,and analyses the shortcomings of existing research;and deeply analyses the concepts,connotation,level and internal mechanism for economic growth of the integration;After that,the paper describes the main concepts of evaluation algorithm,application and implementation steps.Then,through the analysis of manufacturing integration,the paper argues that the efficiency of the integration should be included as an important basis criteria for the classification of enterprise integration stage;Secondly,this paper establishes an evaluation system for the integration of informatization and industrialization on manufacturing enterprise,the index comprises 36 third-indicators,covering all aspects of the integration on the company's ability and performance;Also the paper constructs the level evaluation model of the integration based on entropy-AHP,and proposes ZAHP-DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of the integration with decision-makers' preference restraint through reversing configuration AHP judgment matrix;Finally,The paper chooses 67 valid manufacturing enterprises from MIIT assessment system of Fujian Province for empirical research.The results show that:the level of the integration has a strong positive correlation with firm size,there is no significant difference between big enterprises and small enterprises on in the efficiency,and level of the integration is not positive to efficiency but negative to some extent,proving the necessary of taking the efficiency as an important indicators for the stages partition of the integration;At the same time,The paper summaries the current status and questions exist in Fujian manufacturing integration construction through the comprehensive analysis of the assessment,And also gives some recommendations from government,industry and enterprise to deepen the integration of informatization and industrialization on Fujian manufacturing enterprise.
